The south coast of Portugal, called The Algarve is our destination for this wonderful week. For our comfort we will stay at only one B&B during our stay on The Algarve coast. The driving times are not great and make this possible. By staying in the same place we will also get to know it better than if we were staying at a different place each night.
Day 1 – Pick up at Faro Airport and drive to Quinta da Salagoas (http://quintadasalagoas.com/?lang=en) in Lagos where we will stay 6 nights. Lagos is a historic Portuguese town located on the western edge of the Algarve. After we check in the Quinta we will offer a complete briefing, prepare the gear and get ready to paddle. If time permits we will go on a walking tour of old Lagos. Our dinner will be in a Lagos family run local restaurant.
